Kelly Davis

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, Kelly is an integral part of ensuring that Oxford Companies’ day-to-day and long-term operations run smoothly and effectively.

She’s served in this role since 2013 and in addition to her support for Jeff Hauptman, Kelly represents Oxford’s executive team to both internal and external customers. One of Kelly’s favorite parts of her job is leading the cultivation and continuity of company culture at Oxford.

Kelly is also Program Director for Roughneck Rescue and Sanctuary, a non-profit 501c3 dog rescue, and has a home-based dog training business called K9 Behavior Rehabilitation. She also serves as Treasurer for the Elizabeth Collins Foundation, a non-profit community-based 501c3 focused on child safety and promoting awareness of cold cases for missing and exploited children.
