Wonwoo Lee is the Chief Real Estate Officer at Oxford Companies. Wonwoo has over twenty years of experience in commercial real estate, asset management, and finance.

Lee began their career at McKinley, Inc. in February 2014 as the Commercial Portfolio Manager. Wonwoo was responsible for asset management of McKinley's owned commercial portfolio, which included lease negotiations, financial underwriting and analyses for refinancing, external loan covenant compliance, financial reporting, forecasting, demographic and market analyses, land development feasibility analyses, and transaction oversight.

In their two years at McKinley, Lee was able to increase annual portfolio revenue from $39M to $40.324M and negotiated and closed over $150M in office and retail leases. Wonwoo also refinanced and placed $57.5M of CMBS debt and oversaw the sale of $60M in assets through day-to-day transaction management with brokers.

In January 2016, Lee left McKinley to join Oxford Companies as the Chief Real Estate Officer. In their current role, they are responsible for overseeing the company's real estate portfolio and investments.

Wonwoo Lee completed a graduate certificate in real estate development from the University of Michigan - Rackham Graduate School. Wonwoo then went on to earn a Master of Urban Planning with a focus in transportation from the University of Michigan - Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning. Lee began their educational career at Pioneer High School before ultimately earning a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts.
