Paul Donnelly

Paul Donnelly serves as the Head of Business Development for Consulting, EMEA at Oxford Economics since February 2017, focusing on driving growth through economic impact assessments, macroeconomic consulting, and thought leadership initiatives. Prior to this role, Paul was the Head of Business Development at Winmark from July 2014 to January 2017, where efforts centered around developing a thought leadership function and driving membership sales. Paul also held the position of Business Development Manager at Criticaleye for a brief period in 2013, and prior to that, led business development at Implementum Holdings from January 2006 to July 2013. Academic qualifications include a BA in Economic & Social History and an MA in International Economic History, both obtained from the University of Leicester.
