Desirée Williams

Desirée Williams has broad experience negotiating and drafting documentation to support secured financing transactions. Before joining Oxford, she was in private practice, representing commercial clients in litigation and regulatory matters.

Previously, she was an associate at a law firm, where she represented corporate clients before administrative agencies and in state and federal court.

Desirée received a B.A. from James Madison University and a J.D. from Howard University School of Law. She is a member of the Maryland Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, and is admitted to the Virginia Bar as corporate counsel.
