Phil Tonucci

Phil Tonucci has over eight years of experience in venture debt lending, with a focus on diligence, underwriting and portfolio management. Before joining Oxford in 2014, Phil served as a Vice President at Silicon Valley Bank where he worked to provide a wide range of credit and banking solutions to technology and life science clients in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Phil earned his B.A. in Economics and Government & Legal Studies from Bowdoin College.
