Matthew Majestic has extensive experience in the field of fire services. Matthew started their career in 1993 at the West Bloomfield Fire Department, where they served as a Captain until 2021. Following that, they joined Oakland Community College as a Program Manager, a position they held for 20 years. Currently, Matthew is the Fire Chief at Oxford Fire Department, a role they have held since 2023.
Matthew Majestic is currently enrolled in the Graduate School of Fire Staff and Command at Eastern Michigan University, where they are pursuing an Executive Leadership Program. Prior to this, Matthew obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Public Safety Studies from Siena Heights University.
