Shane Houlihan

Shane Houlihan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT recruitment, currently serving as Sr. Director of Recruiting at Oxford Global Resources since April 2008. In this role, Shane leads the IT European Recruitment Discipline, focusing on consulting teams and subject matter experts in areas such as Enterprise Applications, Cloud Technologies, IT Security & Infrastructure, AI, ML, and BI & Data Analytics. Prior positions include Director of Recruiting for the European IT Recruitment Team, specializing in various enterprise technologies, and Senior Contract Recruitment Specialist for IT enterprise applications across Europe. Previous experience includes roles at EMC as a Symmetrix Debug Technician and at Apple as General Operative in production and debugging. Shane holds a BSc in Computer Science from University College Cork and a Leaving Certificate from Deerpark CBS, Cork.
