Larry Casillo

Larry Casillo is the current VP of the Eastern Region at Oxford Hotels & Resorts, LLC. Prior to this position, they served as the General Manager at Urgo Hotels from September 2011 to December 2014. Before their time at Urgo Hotels, they worked as the Director of Operations at The Bloomsbury Hotel in London from August 2007 to August 2011. In this role, they were responsible for managing the performance of executive committee members and department heads, overseeing a staff of 100+ employees, and increasing revenue growth. Larry also successfully completed a £17.5 million enhancement project for the hotel.

Larry Casillo graduated from Mercyhurst University with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Restaurant and Institutional Management.

Larry Casillo reports to John W. Rutledge, Founder, Chairman, President & CEO. Larry Casillo works with Nathaniel Cayer - Corporate Executive Chef, Paul Sauceda - Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing, and Sarang Peruri - Partner.
