Mia Indriani is currently a Researcher at Oxford HR, a global leadership consultancy, since November 2022. Prior experience includes tutoring at PPLE - Universiteit van Amsterdam in Marketing Management and Research Labs, and conducting research on renewable energy technology at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Mia's academic career began at School of Business and Management ITB, where contributions included research and teaching in Business Strategy and Marketing. Additionally, Mia has served as a consulting staff member for various organizations in Indonesia, focusing on business development and management projects, as well as offering professional training in marketing and service management. Mia holds a Master's degree in Strategy and Innovation from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, another Master's in Ecology and Tropical Biodiversity from Institut Teknologi Bandung, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the same institution.
