Aubrey Pedersen

Aubrey Pedersen is an experienced professional in the fashion industry's sustainability and design sectors. Currently serving as the Environmental Sustainability Manager at Oxford Industries since April 2023, Aubrey previously held the position of Fair Labor Manager at Outerknown from August 2021 to April 2023, leading initiatives to enhance human rights and social impact in the supply chain. Aubrey also contributed to sustainability efforts as Manager of Sustainability, Product, and Design at Tidal New York from July 2018 to May 2021, where key achievements included launching the Social and Environmental Impact Strategy. Earlier roles include Product Development and Design Manager at Calvin Klein and various design positions at Nicole Melendez Inc., Macy's, The Jones Group Inc., Converse, Tibi, and freelance work as a tech designer. Aubrey holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
