Ginny Strowe

Ginny Strowe (Tinley), SPHR has work experience at two companies. At Oxford Industries, they held the role of Director of Human Resources - Talent and Culture, where they focused on performance and talent management, mergers and acquisitions, organizational design and development, executive search and talent acquisition, training and leadership development, compliance and policy management, and Workday operations and processes. Prior to this, they worked at Bell Oaks Company as a Senior Search Consultant, responsible for key account management, client relationship building, and candidate recruitment.

Ginny Strowe (Tinley), SPHR completed their Bachelor of Science in Psychology at The University of Georgia from 1999 to 2003. Ginny then pursued a Masters degree in Mass Communication from The University of Georgia from 2003 to 2004.
