Raphael Vandeplas

Raphael Vandeplas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Raphael worked at Oxford Industries as a Senior Director in IT Infrastructure and Operations, where they led the transformational strategy for the company's core brands and managed IT operations for retail locations. Prior to this, they were the Director of IT Operations at JAS Worldwide, responsible for overseeing global data center operations and managing infrastructure across North and South America. Before that, they held a Senior IT Manager role at NOL Group, where they led a team supporting IT operations for 5,000 users across multiple sites. Additionally, they worked as a consultant at Powerwave Technologies and as a Regional IT Manager at APL, driving change and managing technology operations. Throughout their career, Raphael demonstrated expertise in strategy execution, infrastructure management, and team leadership.

Raphael Vandeplas has a Master's Degree in Global Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Before that, they completed an Executive Training in Management at the Singapore Management University in 2006. In 1994, they earned a BBA in International Business from the University of Georgia after completing their Master of Industrial Engineering Science in Civil Construction at E.C.A.M from 1989 to 1994.
