Peter Couldery

Peter Couldery has extensive experience in business growth, leadership development, and investment management across various sectors, including applied engineering, materials science, life sciences, and MedTech. Currently, at Oxford Innovation since February 2014, Peter works with ambitious companies to devise strategic alternatives and enhance leadership teams. Additionally, Peter serves as a lecturer and learning coach at INSEAD Executive Education, guiding senior executives in developing practical business skills. Previous roles include Managing Director and Lead Investor at Clement, Investment Director for North & Western Europe at John Laing Investments Ltd, and Projects Director at Alfred McAlpine Project Investments Ltd. Peter began career at Bouygues Construction and Arup, contributing to corporate development and engineering projects, respectively. Peter holds an MBA from INSEAD, a BSc (Hons) in Engineering from The University of Manchester, and an MSc in Engineering Geology from Durham University.
