Natasha Traynor

CMO at Oxford International Education Group

Natasha Traynor was appointed Group Chief Marketing Officer in 2020, after serving as the Group Marketing Director of Oxford International Education Group since January 2017. Natasha is responsible for brand positioning, online and digital communications, digital lead generation, marketing support for departments, market and customer insight and public relations across the entire Oxford International product portfolio. She is focused on using digital innovation to create a better customer experience for students, and since joining the group, she has led on several lead generation campaigns, delivering more than 5,000 direct student leads in the last 12 months.

Natasha started her career in TV development working at 20th Century Fox Television in Los Angeles and Shine Group in the UK. She has been working in international education for the last nine years.

Natasha is passionate about education as a vehicle for social mobility and the local and global eradication of poverty. She has been a school governor and sat on the board of the Junior League of London, a leadership and development charity for women in London. While a member of the Junior League of London, Natasha co-created the Little Black Dress Initiative in 2014, a social media-driven poverty awareness fundraising campaign, which has raised over £150,000 across 40 cities.

Originally from California, Natasha holds a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from UCLA and a MBA with distinction from Cass Business School. She lives with her Scottish-born husband and their infant daughter. The family are happy zero waste vegans who love to volunteer in their church, watch films at the weekend and search for London’s best vegan burger.
