Abby Barton

Abby Barton is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership.

Abby is an executive coach and strategic consultant with a strong commercial and leadership background. She gained a broad experience of blue chip companies across many industries as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. She then deepened her knowledge of business and leadership in roles spanning Commercial Finance, Business Development, Strategy and Transformation at Sainsburys and O2. She also ran O2’s start-up accelerator and built a strong understanding of and network in the start-up ecosystem. Abby is based in the UK and works in English.
