Brian Bacon

Brian Bacon is the chairman and founder of Oxford Leadership. Brian has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, starting their career with Dakia UVentures. Brian then went on to found Dakia Global Enterprise, a hotel management company. In 2006, they founded Oxford Leadership, a company that provides leadership development programs for hotels and businesses around the world. Brian is a thought leader in the hospitality industry and is passionate about developing leaders and teams.

Brian Bacon has a degree in International Business from the University of Chicago and a diploma in Strategic Marketing Management from St. Lawrence College.
