Joe Clift

Joe Clift is an experienced professional with a background in healthcare and sports coaching. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CRO and Head of Operational Business Partners at Oxford Medical Simulation since October 2021, Joe specializes in people management and operational strategies. Previous roles include Product Chief of Staff, where responsibilities encompassed HR, logistics, and policy development, as well as Clinical Author, creating virtual reality training scenarios for healthcare professionals. In addition to a career in healthcare, Joe is the Head Coach for Ilkeston Town Ladies and has held various coaching and managerial positions within Ilkeston Town Football Club. Prior experience includes senior management roles at Fresenius Kabi and professional development in neonatal care with the NHS. Joe's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Nottingham.
