Molly Schleicher

Molly McCoy serves as the Executive Vice President of Academic Sales at Oxford Medical Simulation since October 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the sales of VR and screen-based healthcare simulation software to educational and healthcare institutions across North America. Prior roles at the same company include VP of North American Sales, Regional Director, and Clinical Author, focusing on the implementation and support of simulation technologies in nursing and medical education. In addition, McCoy has experience as a CPR/1st Aid Instructor for the American Heart Association, an Independent Consultant for Arbonne International, and as a Simulation Educator at Robert Morris University. McCoy's clinical background includes roles as a Registered Nurse at Three Rivers Endoscopy Center, UPMC Passavant, and St. Clair Hospital, among others. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master of Science in Nursing from Capella University, and a graduate certificate in Leadership in Simulation Education and Management from Robert Morris University.
