Cora O'Meara

Cora O'Meara has a diverse work experience in the field of HRIS, recruitment, and learning and development. Cora is currently working at Oxford Nanopore Technologies as a Senior HRIS Analyst. Prior to that, they worked at Accolade Wines as a Human Resources Information System Analyst. Cora also has experience as an HCM Cloud Implementation Consultant at Meta4 and as an HCM Cloud Presales Consultant at Oracle. In addition, Cora has worked as a Learning and Development Consultant at Qualians, a Regional Recruiter at Ericsson, an IT&C Recruitment Consultant at Brainspotting, a Recruitment Lead at 2 WORK LABOUR SOLUTIONS, a Recruitment Specialist at AGENT WORKFORCE, and as a Recruitment Intern at Erste Bank.

Cora O'Meara's education history is as follows:

From 2010 to 2012, Cora attended the University of Bucharest, where they obtained a Master's degree in Psychology.

In 2013, Cora studied at the Ministry of Justice to become a Sworn Translator.

Also in 2013, they completed a "Train the trainer" program at START Evolution & Development.

In 2012, Cora attended Absolute School and earned a certificate in employee performance evaluation, focusing on Human Resources.

From 2007 to 2010, Cora studied at the University of Bucharest and received a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures.

Before their university studies, Cora attended Gheorghe Lazar Highschool, where they completed a degree in Philology & Foreign Languages.

Cora also gained a certification as an Authorized Translator from the Ministry of Justice, specializing in Applied Foreign Languages.

Additionally, Cora obtained several certifications, including a Linkedin Online Course from Louise Fletcher, Blue Skyes in September 2014, English & Spanish Competence (Advanced) from UB, Romania in June 2011, and an ECDL- Excel Module.

Finally, Cora received a certification as a Performance Evaluation Specialist from the CNFPA and completed a "Train the trainer" course through the same institution.
