Jodie Connolly

Jodie Connolly is a Senior Product Support Scientist at Oxford Nanopore Technologies since April 2025. Prior to this role, Jodie accumulated extensive experience at QIAGEN from November 2013 to August 2025, progressing through various positions such as Senior Manager Global Product Support EMEA and Field Application Specialist (NGS), focusing on next-generation sequencing (NGS) products and providing in-depth troubleshooting and training. Jodie's earlier career involved a position as a Scientific Officer at Cancer Research UK Manchester Institute from March 2009 to November 2013, where responsibilities included managing NGS services and a nationwide microarray service, along with a placement at Airedale NHS Trust. Jodie holds a Master’s degree in Molecular Pathology and Genomics from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of York.
