Martin Cooke

Martin Cooke currently serves as Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs at Oxford Nanopore Technologies since February 2025. Previously, from February 2004 to December 2024, Martin held the position of Director of Operations and Regulatory Affairs at ANGLE plc, where responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and product development for Parsortix® cell separation products, as well as engaging with global medical device regulators. Martin also served as Principal Consultant at ANGLE, focusing on UK management services, marketing, business development, and innovative support programs for technology enterprises and academic collaborations. Earlier roles include Product Manager and Senior Design Engineer at Acterna, and Design Engineer positions at Druck and J&S Marine Ltd. Martin holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Nottingham, earned in 1991.
