Arnis Palms

Arnis Palms is an accomplished business development leader currently serving as the Head of Business Development - EMEA at Oxford Plastics since August 2025. Prior experience includes leading sales for technical markets at Groglass from August 2022 to August 2025, where Arnis focused on expanding into new markets and enhancing sustainable business growth. From July 2015 to April 2022, Arnis held the position of Managing Director of Sales at VALMIERA GLASS UK LIMITED, after serving as Sales Manager at VALMIERA GLASS GROUP from July 2003 to June 2015. Arnis holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Vidzemes Augstskola / Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
