Carola Arlanzon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Carola most recently worked at Oxford Policy Management as an Operations Project Manager and Data and Communications Lead for UNAIDS Fast Response. In this role, they were responsible for managing logistical and financial activities, budgeting, contract negotiations, and client communications for multiple projects. Carola also served as the Assistant Project Manager and Recruitment Lead, where they developed and managed a strategy to refresh the pool of consultants and strengthen technical expertise in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Prior to this, Carola worked at Majorel Iberia & LatAm as the International Operations Recruitment and Development Manager, leading a team of recruiters and ensuring adherence to set KPIs and client requirements. Carola also held the role of Project Coordinator at Social Creativa, where they managed educational projects and coordinated a team of international volunteers. Carola has experience in fundraising project management at Appco Group España and recruitment consulting at Page Personnel - Spain. Carola started their career as a Recruitment Intern at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), where they published job offers, screened candidates, and conducted competency-based interviews.
Carola Arlanzon completed their Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Management at Esade from 2007 to 2012. Carola also participated in an exchange program at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2012, focusing on business studies. In 2017, they obtained a degree in HR Specialist from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, specializing in Human Resources.
