Karen Bush

Karen is our HR Director. She leads OPM’s HR team, and is responsible for our People Strategy and for ensuring that our culture attracts, develops, and retains an engaged and high performing workforce.

Karen has a breadth of commercial and HR experience across a diverse spread of organizations, from large blue chip multinationals through to SMEs. She has worked within a variety of sectors, including financial services, charities, and international development.

She brings a wealth of experience, having delivered improvements across engagement, culture, and performance, and having led mergers and acquisitions, organization development programs, and change. Prior to moving into HR she worked within Sales and Marketing, and this helps her maintain a commercial lens whilst keeping colleagues and partners at the heart of everything.
