Michael Truscott

Michael Truscott has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael began their career as an In-house Commercial and Contract Counsel for various public sector organizations in Britain and Australia, gaining valuable experience in commercial, contractual, and corporate work. In 2007, they joined Cambridge International Examinations as the Head of Legal, where they provided legal support globally and set up and led an in-house legal team. Michael then worked as a Consultant Legal Director at Truscott Consult before joining Oxford Policy Management in 2017. At Oxford Policy Management, Michael held roles including Interim Senior Counsel, Senior Legal Counsel, and their current position as Head of Legal. Throughout their career, they have been involved in cross-border commercial agreements, collaboration with governments and NGOs, procurement, outsourcing, and commercialization agreements.

Michael Truscott holds a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Exeter. Michael also has a Certificate in Natural Sciences from The Open University and a Diploma in Law from the University of Plymouth. Additionally, they have obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from the University of the West of England. Michael Truscott is admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England & Wales and holds a Certificate of Admission from the Supreme Court of Queensland.
