Anushka Grant

Anushka Grant is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational excellence, sustainability, and innovation within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Operational Excellence and Sustainability at Oxford Properties Group since October 2020, Anushka oversees a team focused on safety, operational programming, sustainability reporting, and decarbonizing assets. Prior to this role, Anushka led global operations and transformation initiatives at Oxford. At RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust, Anushka was instrumental in establishing the company's first sustainability plan and innovation program, contributing to significant operational transformations. Anushka's career began at Deloitte, where responsibilities included managing service excellence teams and collaborating with clients on strategic opportunities. Anushka holds an MBA from Ivey Business School and an Honours BA from the University of Waterloo.
