Lauren Connolly

Lauren Connolly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational risk and internal audit. Currently, Lauren serves as the Director of Operational Risk at Oxford Properties Group, a position held since January 2020. Prior to this role, Lauren contributed to OMERS as the Director of Internal Audit and held various positions including Manager of Internal Audit and Senior Analyst for Financial Reporting Controls from September 2009 to December 2019. Earlier in the career, Lauren worked as a Senior Consultant at Protiviti from July 2005 to September 2009 and as an Internal Auditor at Medscheme (Mtius) Limited from June 2002 to June 2005. Academic credentials include a degree from Stellenbosch University obtained between 1998 and 2001.
