David R. Jones

David R. Jones is an Associate Developer at Oxford Properties, LLC since July 2021, with responsibilities encompassing development activities in the Tennessee Market, including site selection, acquisition, and construction for projects such as Mainstead at Century Farms and Avant at Midlothian. Previously, David served as a Development Associate at Clemson University and was a candidate for the Master of Real Estate Development program, receiving the 2020 Advancement Board for Real Estate Development Fellowship. David also contributed as a volunteer TAP Committee Member for ULI Atlanta, taking part in affordable housing initiatives, and spent five years at The Corcoran Ota Group, Inc., progressing from summer intern to Project Manager, overseeing significant developments valued over $500 million. David co-founded JONES+KNIGHT Collective, focusing on stage design for prominent artists, after earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architecture from Savannah College of Art and Design and completing a Master of Real Estate Development at Clemson University.
