Sharon Cooper

Sharon Cooper currently serves as the Interim CFO at Oxford Quantum Circuits (OQC) since January 2025. Prior to this role, Sharon held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Xceptor from May 2018 to January 2024 and at Digital Barriers Plc from March 2014 to December 2017, where responsibilities included Group Finance Director. Earlier career experience includes serving as Vice President of Commercial Finance and Group Financial Controller at Sophos from March 2008 to February 2014, as well as a Senior Audit Manager at Ernst & Young from October 2000 to March 2008. Sharon holds a BSc in Accounting and German from the University of Southampton, completed in 2000.
