Robert Mulqueen

Robert Mulqueen is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Client Services Specialist and Account Manager at Oxford Risk Management Group since January 2016. With expertise in captive feasibility analysis and captive insurance arrangements, Robert contributes to the design, implementation, regulatory approval, and management of new captive insurance companies. Prior to this role, Robert held the position of President at Towson Thai Boxe, LLC from June 2012 to January 2016, leading in the field of Muay Thai kickboxing, and served as President of Ground Control Baltimore, LLC from June 2002 to June 2013, specializing in mixed martial arts. Robert holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Sports Psychology from Towson University, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
