Greg Gosselin

Greg Gosselin is a seasoned professional in client services and membership management, currently serving as a Senior Client Services Specialist at SeatGeek since January 2023. Prior to this role, Greg spent over 12 years at Monumental Sports & Entertainment, culminating as Senior Director of Membership Service and Retention for the Washington Capitals, where responsibilities included managing a dedicated team, overseeing a $75 million season-ticket base, and developing strategic training and retention initiatives. Greg's career also includes positions as Director and Manager of Membership Services, as well as a Guest Services Specialist for the Capitals. Additional experience encompasses roles at TPC Potomac, ANC Sports, and Hertz, where Greg demonstrated strong leadership and operational management skills.
