Heather Roxborough

Heather Roxborough is a seasoned professional in the healthtech investment sector, currently serving as a Senior Partner at Oxford Science Enterprises since March 2022, where leadership focuses on venture building and investment in digital health, medtech, diagnostics, and life science tools. Prior to this role, Heather was a Partner at Optum Ventures, establishing and expanding the Global Fund for investments in healthtech start-ups across Europe, Israel, and Southeast Asia. Heather's extensive experience includes positions as Senior Director at Johnson & Johnson, Principal at Tate & Lyle Ventures, and Investment Manager at Enterprise Ventures, among others. With a research foundation as a Post-doctoral Fellow at King's College London and a strong academic background including a BSc and PhD from Queen's University Belfast, Heather has consistently driven innovation and growth in both established and emerging healthtech markets.
