Thomas Holt

Thomas Holt is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at Oxford Solutions Inc. since April 2013, Thomas specializes in designing and implementing retail and enterprise applications for American Eagle Outfitters, leveraging expertise in PowerShell and C#. Previously, as Manager of IT Infrastructure at CIBER since January 2006, Thomas led a team in developing and supporting customer systems and networks, while also acting as an Architect for Cigna's Active Directory and Identity Management transition. Thomas's career began at Allegheny Energy, where from July 1985 to December 2005, critical enterprise systems supporting the electric utility industry were developed and managed. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, earned from 1978 to 1982.
