Jen Forrest

Jen Forrest (Assoc CIPD) has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR Systems and Process Manager at Oxford University Press since October 2014, following roles including Global HR Systems and Process Specialist, People Support Team Lead, HR Operations Support Partner, and International HR Analyst. Prior experience includes an administrative role at Orchid Cellmark from November 2012 to October 2014. Jen holds a master's degree in Human Resource Management from Oxford Brookes University, a Level 3 CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Practice from Abingdon and Witney College, and a BSc in Social Science with a focus on Sociology from the University of Southampton.
