Abigail Clayton

Abigail Clayton is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in client management and project delivery, currently serving as Client Director at GFB since June 2004. In this role, Abigail spearheads the sales function, guiding key clients through defining their requirements and delivering impactful solutions. Previously, Abigail held positions as Sales Process Manager and Head of Delivery at GFB, where project management and team leadership for high-profile projects became hallmarks of performance. Additionally, Abigail contributes to the community as a Shared Lives Carer for Oxfordshire County Council, providing respite care for adults with complex needs. Abigail has also served as an Independent Board Member at Cottsway, a prominent housing association, and began a career at Sage as a Graduate Trainee, progressing to Project Team Leader. Abigail holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Social Policy from the University of Leeds.
