Bob Lynn

Bob Lynn is an experienced professional with a robust background in training, development, and engineering. Currently serving as a Training & Development Adviser at Midland Group Training Services Limited, Bob develops training plans and supports apprentices and employers in achieving learning objectives. Since 2017, Bob has also been a Foster Carer with Oxfordshire County Council. Previously, Bob held the role of Learning & Development Manager at TriMech Enterprise Solutions, where custom training programs were designed for high-profile clients, while earlier experience at Desktop Engineering Ltd included roles as Service Team Manager and Technical Consultant, focusing on project delivery and software support. Bob began a career in engineering as a Design Engineer at Sterling Thermal Technology Ltd and later as a Senior Software Developer at Millar Management Systems Ltd. Bob holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Oxford Brookes University.
