Gayle Pilkington

Gayle Pilkington is an experienced project manager currently serving as a Retrofit Project Manager with Oxfordshire County Council since July 2022, previously holding the position of Assistant Project Manager within the Climate Action Team. Prior to this role, Gayle worked at Cottsway from August 2013 to July 2022 as an Executive Assistant, where responsibilities included providing comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive and Directors, managing high-level meetings, corporate events, and stakeholder communications. Educationally, Gayle is pursuing a Level 2 Award in Understanding Domestic Retrofit at Abingdon and Witney College and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of the West of England.
