Bridge Inspector at Oxfordshire County Council

James Freeman has a diverse background in infrastructure maintenance and security. Currently serving as a bridge inspector and drainage technician at Oxfordshire County Council since April 2015, responsibilities include supporting drainage engineers on the Challenge Fund program and addressing public enquiries as a Local Highways Inspector.
