James Freeman

James Freeman has a diverse background in infrastructure maintenance and security. Currently serving as a bridge inspector and drainage technician at Oxfordshire County Council since April 2015, responsibilities include supporting drainage engineers on the Challenge Fund program and addressing public enquiries as a Local Highways Inspector. Concurrently, James has worked as a door supervisor at NEWMAN EVENT SECURITY LIMITED since November 2017. Previous experience includes roles with Skanska as a General Operative, focusing on gully emptying and health and safety site inspections, and leadership positions as a chargehand at both Enterprise Highways and Isis Accord overseeing landscape services for schools and parishes. James began a career in the military as a supply specialist in the Royal Logistic Corps from August 1997 to February 2004.
