Nick Thomas

Nick Thomas is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Learning and Development and Early Careers Consultant at Oxfordshire County Council since October 2025. Nick founded Nick Thomas Talent Management in July 2020 and previously held positions such as Learning & Development Manager at Ardmore Group and Talent Development Manager at InHealth. With a track record that includes roles such as Head of Learning and Development at McGee and Learning and Development Manager at Skanska, Nick has developed a strong expertise in training and talent development since beginning a career that started in 2003 as an Account Manager at the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board. Nick holds a CIPD degree in Learning & Development and has completed certifications in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership & Management.
