Teresa Kirkham

Teresa Kirkham currently serves as the Head of Environment & Circular Economy at Oxfordshire County Council, a position held since March 2015, after previously working as Group Manager in Waste Contracts. Teresa's career includes maintenance and performance roles at Ringway from May 2014 to June 2015, and various highways and waste roles at Isle of Wight Council from October 2001 to August 2011. Teresa began professional experience in the environmental sector at the Environment Agency, focusing on waste regulation from 1994 to 2001. Teresa holds a BSc Hons in Geographical Science from the University of Portsmouth, obtained between 1991 and 1994.
