Currently serving as Head of Capability for North America at OxfordSM since January 2020, Matt leverages a partnership-oriented approach to deliver objective and simplified solutions for clients. Prior roles include Partner and SVP Marketing at Kantar Consulting, where Matt led high-level client engagements for Fortune 500 companies, and similar leadership positions at Millward Brown Vermeer and EffectiveBrands, focusing on marketing strategy and organizational excellence. With early experience at Jacobs Douwe Egberts and Cadbury plc, Matt boasts a comprehensive education, including degrees from the University of Plymouth and CIM, alongside a post-grad diploma from IGD.
