Aaron Hartwig has over seven years of experience in the engineering industry. In 2021, they began working as an Engineer for Oxide Computer Company. In 2020, they joined IMC Trading as an FPGA Engineer, where they designed performance conscious SystemVerilog for Ultra Low Latency (ULL) trading systems. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Lead Electrical Engineer and Electrical Engineer at GE Healthcare, where they actively engaged in global, cross-functional development efforts to deliver features and solutions to customers. In 2015, they were an Electrical Engineering Intern at Scanalytics Inc., where they designed a small, 2-layer PCB and programmed it with C to create a functional test of their Solesensor product. In 2014, they were a Software Engineering Intern at WhyHigh Technology, where they were a full-stack web developer building out a brand new web app.
Aaron Hartwig attended Mayville High School from 2008 to 2012. Aaron then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) in Computer Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2012 to 2016. Following this, they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the same university between 2017 and 2019. In August 2020, they obtained a Series 57 - Securities Trader Exam certification from FINRA.
