Aurita Smaidžiūnaitė

Aurita Smaidžiūnaitė has worked in various roles since 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Sales Assistant at UAB "EGILORA". From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Sports Therapist at Barnet and Southgate College, where they had experience in working with pupils and teenagers. In 2020, they worked as a Participant at Export Leaders Program “Sparnai” (“Wings”) at Enterprise Lithuania, a practical program for talented people to gain experience in international export project management. During the program, they worked in two different Lithuanian exporting companies and contributed to the development of its exports. Also in 2020, they were an Assistant Brand Manager Marketing at MyGelato, where they developed marketing and advertising strategies to increase sales as well as brand awareness. Aurita worked with Instagram and Facebook platforms, and constantly analyzed market trends and researched for more effective, creative ideas to promote the business. Currently, they are an Export Manager at Solet Technics, UAB, and a Sales Executive at oxipit.

Aurita Smaidžiūnaitė has an education history that includes a Certificate IV in Business Sales from Entrepreneur Education College in Gold Coast, Australia (2020), a Bachelor's Degree in Sports and Exercise from Middlesex University (2016-2019), and a High School diploma from Kaunas "Saules" gymnasium (2013-2016) with A levels in Biology, Maths, Aurita'story, English language, and Lithuanian language.
