Karen Boyd

Karen Boyd is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Oxnard Union High School District since January 2022, Karen oversees recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and legal compliance initiatives.
