Richard Urias

Richard Urias currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services for the Oxnard Union High School District since July 2023. Prior to this role, Richard was the Principal at Oxnard High School from July 2017 to July 2023, focusing on empowering teachers to enhance student outcomes. Richard also held the position of Director of Charter School Support and Oversight at the Ventura County Office of Education from September 2014 to June 2017. Richard holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from San Diego State University.
