Vp, Strategy And Corporate Development at OXOS Medical

Dev Mandavia began their career in 2015 as a Research Lead at the Georgia Institute of Technology's Mobile Enzyme-Absorbing Particles (MEAP) Group. In 2016, they became a Research Assistant at Duke University Pratt School of Engineering, where they co-authored two papers. That same year, they also became a Machining and Prototyping Instructor and Teaching Assistant at The Wallace H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Tech and Emory University. In 2017, they founded Alfirin Technologies, became a Convergence Science Fellow at Mayo Clinic, and was elected Student Body VP of Campus Services at Georgia Tech Student Government Association. In 2018, they became a Business Advisor and Consultant at OXOS Medical and Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors at Ethos Medical. Finally, in 2020 they were appointed Director and Head of Business Architecture and Growth at OXOS Medical, where they also served as Head of Strategy and Operations. In this role, they restructured the product roadmap and implemented a new commercialization plan and business model for each of the validated market verticals and geographies. Dev also guided product management of Micro C and OXOS Platform, positioning OXOS as the agnostic digital infrastructure for new MSK care delivery models.

Dev Mandavia graduated from Lambert High School with a High School Diploma and a Class Rank of 4 out of 561. Dev then went on to the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they earned a B.S. with Highest Honor in Biomedical Engineering.
