Anthony Phillips-Loxton has extensive experience in operations and production management, currently serving as Core Operations Manager at Oxford Technical Solutions Ltd since March 2016, and previously holding roles such as Production Manager and Production Team Leader. In these positions, Anthony has been responsible for overseeing the Service & Repair department, ensuring compliance with key performance indicators related to calibrations, repairs, upgrades, and warranties. Prior to this, Anthony worked as a Lead Production Technician at Surface Measurement Systems, where responsibilities included qualifying and calibrating specialized laboratory equipment for research and development applications.
