Chelsea Casiano, Esq., SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Head of Legal for US Operations at OXXO since July 2025. Prior to this role, Chelsea was the General Counsel at Forney Corporation from September 2021 to August 2025 and worked as a Family Law Attorney at Manuel Diaz Law Firm, PC for a brief period in 2021. Chelsea’s experience also includes a role as Manager of Functional Care Initiatives at ADT Commercial and various positions at American Airlines between 2011 and 2021, where significant contributions were made to customer experience innovation, policy management, and training development. Chelsea holds a Juris Doctor from UNT Dallas College of Law and a degree in History, English, and Ethical Leadership from The University of Texas at Austin.
