Monika Lavrukevičienė

Monika Lavrukevičienė began their career in 2017 as a Web Designer at Starflix Vilnius, where they worked with e-commerce and representative websites using Photoshop and WordPress. In 2018, they moved to Mediapark as a UX Designer, where they created high-fidelity wireframes and facilitated interviews with government projects. In 2019, they joined Nordcode as a UX Analyst, working with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, HotJar, and Decibel. In 2021, they became a Product Manager at Oxygen Healthcare, where they built healthcare products and worked with cross-functional teams. In 2022, Monika joined Perthera AI as a Product Manager, where they are currently working on internal tools and aiming to speed up coordinators' processes by 30%.

Monika Lavrukevičienė has a Master's degree in Communication of Innovation and Technology from VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, which they obtained in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Intermedia/Multimedia from the same university in 2018. In 2016, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Cyprus. Monika also holds certifications from Product School and Google, including a Product Led Growth Micro-Certification (2022), a Product Analytics Micro-Certification (PAM) (2022), and an Advanced Google Analytics Certicate of Completion (2020).
