Rebecca Schumer

Rebecca Schumer is the Founder and Principal of Greta Consulting, LLC, a boutique consultancy specializing in human-centered research and design to support corporate and social impact leaders in harnessing user insights for growth and transformation. As Vice President at OXYGY since January 2018, Rebecca focuses on people-centered transformation and change management, serving notable clients such as L'Oréal, PepsiCo, and Novartis. Previous roles include US Director for the Israel Venture Network, Client Coverage in Prime Brokerage at Morgan Stanley, and Consultant at Valeocon Management Consulting. Earlier in their career, Rebecca was the Deputy Director at Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy. Rebecca holds a Master of Public Administration in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Social Policy from New York University.
